Tumbling Classes

Beginner Tumbling

  • No experience needed!

  • Ages 5 and up.

  • Athletes will work on and perfect:

Cartwheels, Bridges, forward/backwards rolls, Handstand forward rolls, back extension rolls, back kick over, front limber, Back/Front walkovers, handstands, starting back handspring drills & more.

Intermediate Tumbling

  • Beginner Experience needed to attend this class.

  • This class requires athletes to have basic foundation in tumbling.

  • A backbend kick over/ back walkover is required for this class.

  • Athletes in this class will focus on the following skills: Back handspring(s), front handsprings, aerials, round off back hand spring(s), aerials,  start tuck drills and more.

Advance Tumbling

  • Intermediate Experience needed to attend this class.

  • This class requires athletes to have basic and intermediate foundation in tumbling.

  • A backbend kick over/ back walkover, Back and front handspring is required for this class.

  • Athletes in this class will focus on the following skills: Back/front tucks, layouts, full twist, whips, Arabians, and more higher level skills needed.

Tiny Tumbling

  • Tiny Tumbling for age 3-5 ONLY.

  • No experience needed!

  • We focus on building tumbling skills, strength, balance and more.
