
Tumbling Classes
Beginner Tumbling

No experience needed!

Ages 5 and up.

Athletes will work on and perfect:
Cartwheels, Bridges, forward/backwards rolls, Handstand forward rolls, back extension rolls, back kick over, front limber, Back/Front walkovers, handstands, starting back handspring drills & more.

Intermediate Tumbling

Beginner Experience needed to attend this class.

This class requires athletes to have basic foundation in tumbling.

A backbend kick over/ back walkover is required for this class.

Athletes in this class will focus on the following skills: Back handspring(s), front handsprings, aerials, round off back hand spring(s), aerials, start tuck drills and more.

Advance Tumbling

Intermediate Experience needed to attend this class.

This class requires athletes to have basic and intermediate foundation in tumbling.

A backbend kick over/ back walkover, Back and front handspring is required for this class.

Athletes in this class will focus on the following skills: Back/front tucks, layouts, full twist, whips, Arabians, and more higher level skills needed.

Tiny Tumbling

Tiny Tumbling for age 3-5 ONLY.

No experience needed!

We focus on building tumbling skills, strength, balance and more.
